This topic states and documents the official clan rules and regulations for No Chaos Omega. Under NO circumstances will these laws ever be changed or altered, no exceptions! The rules are as follows:
First Rule: Legitimacy. To be legitimately recorded in the clan, you absolutely must be a part of this clan website and your gamer-tag must be approved by one of the clan staff. If your name is not in the list of members, then you are not in the clan headcount.
Second Rule: Assigned. You MUST be assigned to a squadron once you are in the clan. If you are not yet assigned, then contact one of the clan staff and we will personally assign you.
Third Rule: Level up! You are required to go through the clan ranking system. While we don't expect you to achieve the highest member rank, we DO expect your full participation.
Fourth Rule: Attendance counts. Attend as many clan meetings as possible. Clan meetings are very important to our clan. Along with the forums, clan meetings notify us about what is going on with the clan community, and it also helps YOU to know what we will do next to better our clan.
Fifth rule: Respect the higher ranks! When you find someone that is a rank above yours, then give them respect. They aren't higher ranks for nothing; they have greater knowledge in and about the clan than our newer members do. So pay attention to what they have to say when it comes to serious clan issues; it could be important.
Sixth Rule: Especially respect the staff! When you join our clan and you find someone who is the rank of OSO for example (Overseeing Superior Overlord), it basically means that they are one of the commanders of the clan. These are the people who have the most power and responsibility in the clan, so respect them.
Seventh Rule: Don't Disrespect the staff. Disrespecting a staff member causes a disturbance in the clan, and it is punishable by clan law. Disrespecting a staff member includes: tea-bagging, insulting other members, trash talking , interrupting a staff member in a meeting, or simply gossiping badly about the clan staff. These things are shunned in our clan so don't do them.
Eighth Rule: DONT LIE! BE HONEST! On previous occasions, we have found certain people (those who are now banned thankfully) to lie about clan debates and to cause chaos in the clan. We do not tolerate any of this. If you cause chaos in the clan, you will be banned, period. SO, if you don't want that, then simply be Honest with us. Tell us your personal opinions on clan debates, and we will assist you about further info.
Ninth Rule: Be loyal, dedicated, and active. Loyalty, activity, and dedication are both highly respected in No Chaos Omega. Only the most loyal to the clan will receive high ranks, honor, and titles; so if you want to stand above the rest, then be loyal to the clan and be a good example in the clan. Examples of loyalty: attending extra clan meetings, clan battles, clan wars, paying attention on clan subjects, being honest, recruiting new members and introducing them to the OSOs, and my personal favorite... forge art. Leadership takes service more than anything. Remember, "Whoever wants to be the greatest, must first be the least." Also, be active and dedicated. We do not ask you to attend every meeting or anything, but we do recommend your full participation so that you can be up to date in the clan.
Final Rule: No Heresy. Don't betray the clan or leave for another clan under any circumstance. If you do this then don't expect to be let back in. This is the Ban-Hammer Rule.
This summarizes our clan Rules and Regulations. Yes, you may think that some of these rules are fairly cool and easy to follow, while some are strict; and you are right to think so. Here is why: We keep and uphold these rules to regulate our clan in an orderly manner, not to be mean. Also, we do not and will not abuse these rules, but we will hold true to them. So, as long as you obey these rules intently, then you will have no problems with being blacklisted, rank reset, or banned; so no worries. Also, feel free to ask us any questions you may have about these rules, by simply posting on the Q and A topic that we have established for you.
