This is the pyramid of the strength of each squadron.
Halo
Alpha-Omega
Sigma-Epsilon-Omicron
Beta-Delta-Gamma-Zeta
This means that under the Full control of the ancient Halo Divison (best of the best), there are nine total squadrons.
The basic squadrons are: Beta (Front line), Delta (grenadiers), Gamma (Close quarters and heavy), and Zeta (Sharpshooters).
The Advanced squadrons are: Sigma (Ninjas), Epsilon (Recon Snipers and some MLGs), and Omicron (Vehicle and Covie ops)
And the top squadrons are: Alpha (moderators and some staff) and Omega (Staff and MLGs)
This pyramid is to represent the difficulty of entering into certain squadrons.
Here is a skill and experience (clan) example of difficulty for each squadron: The skill difficulty (aka: the difficulty to get into said squadron) will be listed 1-10, with 10 being the hardest; the Clan Experience difficulty will be listed 1-3, with 3 being the hardest:
Beta: Skill: 1-2 ; Experience: 1
Delta: Skill: 2 ; Experience: 1
Gamma: Skill: 1-3 ; Experience: 1
Zeta: Skill: 4-5 ; Experience: 1
Sigma: Skill: 6 ; Experience: 2
Epsilon: Skill: 7-8 ; Experience: 2
Omicron: Skill: 5 ; Experience: 2
Alpha: Skill: 1-9 ; Experience: 3
Omega: Skill: 9-10 ; Experience: 3
(Not a squadron; a title): Halo Division: (Best of the best in the clan): Skill: 11 ; Experience: 5 (AKA Prove yourself!!!)
Now those are the nine squadrons and their entrance difficulty. The higher placed squadrons are not "better" they are just more exclusive to those who have proven themselves more dedicated in both skill and knowledge.
