Chapter 21: Onyx’s Fall and Apprentices’ Rise: With now only two OSOs remaining, the fate of Onyx shifted drastically. The once great leaders SoGhetto and PGC were now gone and Onyx fell into turmoil. With two OSOs now gone, Onyx’s habitat fell; the climate shifted into an uninhabitable zone; and many millions of the mortals on Onyx, died. Due to the corruption of SoGhetto, many of the OSOs’ loyal subjects on Onyx perished. This widespread death forced the two OSOs in their sadness to cast what was left of their creation into Abyss. No more was the realm of Onyx ever seen again. Now only two realms remained…Ring and Abyss. Yet not all lost; for the Apprentices of Altazan and of PGC (SoGhetto’s apprentice Bokotsu perished on Onyx) were ascended into OSO-ship. In the ancient scrolls, the rules were that if an OSO would retire, their apprentice would rise in their stead. Since Bonkotsu was gone, Kiwi took his place. Also PGC’s apprentice, Envy, rose to power. Envy was trained in PGC’s special arts of artillery, and he proved quite impressive, indeed. His artillery training and knowledge was superb, and he was an excellent rookie OSO. The two new OSOs were less experienced in head matters, but to the surprise of Thunder, one OSO quickly replaced SoGhetto, Kiwi. Altazan had secretly trained Kiwi in the arts of immortality, long before Kiwi actually rose to OSO-ship. This planning from Altazan proved vital for Ring. Kiwi was a trained warrior and builder; he was a master in architecture in fact. The elder OSOs used Kiwi’s great skills to build new superstructures and aircraft to advance the Realm of Ring. While the idea of creating a new realm was out of the picture for the time being, the idea of issuing “Re-Birth” was just beginning.”
